At AMX we streamline the process of institutional asset management. From the moment you choose the AMX platform for your investments you’ll be in the capable hands of our dedicated onboarding team.

We will introduce you to one of the team who will look after you and your account. This means you’ll always know who can help you. They will deliver a personalized onboarding service tailored to your needs and they will coordinate all activity and guide you through the whole process, as well as ensuring you receive or relevant documents at the right time. Their focus will be on meeting your business needs and complying with your in-house risk controls. They’ll even handle all communications with your asset managers which will ensure the smooth transfer of your assets to the correct AMX version of each fund.

Once your account is live they’ll help familiarize yourself with our platform and finally they’ll introduce you to our client service team and from then on they will be your primary point of contact.
