This role will report to the Head of Brand & Client Experience and will be an active part of the Orchestration Platform team at AMX. The Orchestration Platform helps other teams at AMX to unleash their entrepreneurial potential to innovate and grow while remaining aligned with the overall strategy.  It plays a key role in driving AMX towards its ambition of being the central connection within the new investment ecosystem.   

In your role, you will: 

  • Develop a consistent brand experience that is closely aligned to our client experience
  • Drive the direction of our strategy to build brand value and manage execution of all workflows to achieve that strategy
  • Influence and lead brand consistency across all marketing and communication channels, flagging any areas of concern (e.g. breach of social media policies, reputational risk, inaccurate media coverage, etc.)
  • Drive growth and lead generation for our sales team through your expertise of the demand generation lead funnel
  • Influence the development of an exceptional client experience, and align marketing to showcase partner successes

As Head of Marketing, you will work with the Head of Brand & Client Experience to:  

  • Lead the evolution of our brand to ensure our brand supports the AMX vision:
    • Successfully manage the transition and adoption of our evolved brand. Ensure and influence internal alignment on and adherence to the new brand. Conduct post-implementation checkpoints to ensure we are successful in meeting our brand goals and targets
    • Build and define a brand strategy and roadmap to raise awareness of AMX in the minds of our target audience(s).
    • Be the “Centre of Excellence” for brand and coordinate cross-functionally to ensure consistency in brand-related decisions.
    • Be the "brand guardian", maintaining brand integrity across all company marketing initiatives and communications
    • Identify, implement and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics; track and measure success; drive adjustments or retargeting based on performance.
  • Lead and manage the marketing team (digital, content and campaigns) including hiring, performance management and professional development
  • Execute and deliver on plans designed to grow our brand and to attract new partners to the ecosystem.
  • Work closely with the Head of Sales to identify and meet marketing needs to support business growth and development
  • Own the leads process and lead scoring, ensure sales alignment and timely follow up of leads in respective campaigns
  • Create and drive end-to-end campaigns from strategy to agency/resource management, creative execution. Measure and report on performance and return on investment
  • Manage and optimise the budget for brand-experience related initiatives, including managing vendor and supplier relationships and industry partnerships

Client Service Manager

We are looking for an entrepreneurial, dynamic Client Service Manager to join our team, reporting directly to the Head of Client Experience.

Associate - Fund Oversight

The role

The successful candidate will be exposed to many aspects of the Management Company and its funds and will also play an important role in ensuring the oversight and governance framework is implemented and maintained.

  • Responsible for the day to day oversight for a portfolio of funds, likely to include hedge funds, equity long-only, fixed income and other investment strategies
  • Handle the oversight and review of the day-to-day operations of the funds by working with various parties, including portfolio managers and fund administrators

AMX is looking for a Lead Full Stack web developer well versed in delivering client facing web applications for financial services. The right candidate would have 10+ years of experience working at a financial services company (bank or asset manager) or a company selling digital or financial applications to finance services customers.

Senior Data Ops Engineer

The role 

AMX is looking for a Senior Data Ops Engineer who can establish a modern function and data architecture from the ground up within AMX. Within this role you are expected to establish the Operation for data at AMX which includes a broad spectrum of data services that drives reporting and transactions for a diverse community of financial institutions. You will have a key role in hiring a team, establishing infrastructure and processes that enable trusted and reliable data delivery to multiple endpoints and use cases. This is a hands-on role, reporting to the Chief Data Officer and the right candidate will have an expert knowledge of data within the capital markets domain, be our expert on data models / schema and transforms. Part of your role will be planning the modernisation of the current ETL processes into an ELT/Big Data architecture and creating an environment ready for Data Scientists to operate in. You will also help define the Data Marketplace infrastructure used to share data with AMX clients.

We are looking for a test analyst who is responsible for designing, developing and executing tests on AMX Connect.

What You’ll Do

  • Analyse requirements ensuring they are for fit for purpose and testable, in order to design tests to explicitly test the desired project outcomes (working collaboratively with the wider SIS Programme team and external vendors)
  • Work with the Test Manager/Lead to identify any testing-related risks, issues and dependencies and manage escalations appropriately to ensure resolution.
  • Create comprehensive and well-defined test scripts that are traceable back to requirements.
  • Execution of functional, regression and integration test scripts
  • Ensure regression testing is performed in a manner that recognizes the risks of introducing defects into the environment.

  • Provide support during UAT test events working closely with the team to resolve issues.
